Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your figures. Here is how returns, refunds and cancellations work.
1. 7-Day Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please open the box carefully to keep it eligible.
2. Damaged or Wrong Item
Received a damaged, defective or wrong figure? Share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
3. How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@popparadise.in with your order ID. We will guide you through pickup or self-ship.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are sent via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
6. Non-Returnable
Clearance items, gift cards and opened or used collectibles (unless defective) cannot be returned.
